Unity Schools provide an opportunity for us to see ourselves as Nigerians irrespective of which part of the country we come from. At this critical time of our national development, we need such intervention tool for nation-building.
With advancement in technological changes and poor performance by mainstream print and electronic media, Africans vis-a-vis Nigerians are using new media to expand the platform of public debate via citizen journalism. However, will increase in internet access shutout professional journalists?
Sadly now the dollar talks, Naira shivers; public officials loot in the dollar, and we citizenry spend Naira to cowardly defend them because of faith, creed, religion and ethnic cleavages. When shall all these end?
